AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO STATE LAWS AND
CODES; REPEALING PLYMOUTH CITY CODE,
SUBSECTION 100.07: ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code is amended by adding a
new subsection to read:
"100.08. Official Statutes; Codes, Regulations;
and Ordinances. References in this Code to
Minnesota Statutes are to Minnesota Statutes 1984
Minnesota Statutes, 1985 Su lement, and Laws
1986, unless otherwise provided in this Code.
References in this Code to Rules and Regulations
of state agencies. codes and Ordinances of other
municipalities are to those documents in effect on
Sec. 2.
repealed.
Plymouth City Code, Subsection 100.07 is
Sec. 3. This ordinance is effective in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Subsection 110.11.
