ORDINANCE NO. 86-09
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1305.17, SUBD. 6 OF CHAPTER 13
OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO OPERATION AND REGULATION OF MOTORIZED GOLFCARTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1305.17, Subd. 6 of Chapter 13 of the City Code is amended to
read:
(2) The applicant must submit a certificate signed by a physician that the
applicant is physically able to safely operate a motorized golfcart on the
roadways designated, and a certificate from a drivers trainer instructor for
the handicapped that the person has the skills and training- necessary to
safely operate the motorized gol cart safely.
Section 2. Section 1305.17, Subd. 6 of Chapter 13 of the City Code is amended to
read:
(3) The applicant must provide evidence of insurance in-cempliaase _wl�b_ r{

coverage in the amount of $50,000 because of bodily injury to one person in
any one accident, and 100,000 because of injury to two or more persons in
any one accident, and $25,000 because of injury or destruction of nronerty to
otiners in any one accident. -
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
