AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BINGO, AND
AMENDING SECTION 11.05.29 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1105.29, is
amended to read:
1105.29. Exemptions. Bingo may be conducted without
complying with the requirements of Subsection 1195Tg9
1105.13 and Subsection 1105.15 if conducted:
(a) in connection with the county fair conducted by the
county agricultural society or in connection with a
civic celebration recognized by resolution of the city
Council, provided that bingo shall not be conducted for
more than 12 days during any one county fair or recog-
nized civic celebration, er
(b) by an organization that conducts fewer than five bingo
occasions in any calendar year, or
(c) within a nursing home or a senior citizen housing
oroiect or by a senior citizen oraanization in accor-
vision
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
