AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL
MEETINGS AND AMENDING SECTION 200.01 OF THE CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 200.01,
Subdivision 2 is amended to read:
Subdivision 2. Special Meetings. The mayor or any two
members of the Council may call a special meeting of the
Council upon at least 24 hours written notice to each member
of the Council. This notice shall be delivered personally
to each member or shall be left at his usual place of

to the public shall be given in the manner set forth in
Minnesota Statutes Section 471.705, Subdivision lc(b).
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
