AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 1155.15, SUBD. 1
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE (ORDINANCE NO. 88-13)
RELATING TO WAIVER OF ALARM USER PERMIT FEE
FOR NEW ALARM SYSTEMS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Subsection 1155.15, Subdivision 1 of the
Plymouth City Code (Ordinance No. 88-13) is amended to read as
follows:
1155.15. Permit Fees. Subdivision 1.
Annual Permit Fee. The annual fee for an
alarm user's permit shall be: Police -
twenty-five dollars ($25.00), Fire -
twenty-five dollars ($25.00). The annual fee
shall be waived if the permit is obtained
during the month of December of the preceding
year. The Public Safety Director may waive
the annual permit fee for an alarm system
that has been installed during, the calendar
vear in which the permit application is made.
Section 2. This ordinance will take effect on January 1,
