AN AMENDMENT RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY
AND THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR PUBLIC PARKS AND BEACHES,
AND AMENDING SECTION 805.07 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 805.07,
subdivision 2 is amended to read:
Subd. 2. Posting of Hours; Enforcement. The hours of
operation of the parks shall be prominently posted by

publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
