AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO
SECTION 1010.01 and 1155 of
REPEALING SECTION 1155.07,
PUBLIC SAFETY, AMENDING
THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE AND
SUBDIVISION 2 OF THE CODE.
The City Council of the City of Plymouth ordains;
Section. 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1.155.07, Sub-
division 2 is repealed.
Sec. 2. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1155.09, sub-
division l is amended to read.
Subdivision 1, Revocations Reissued 1�ermits. A second
false police alarm or a fixst false fire alarm i, n any
calendar year will result in automatic revocation of
the applicable alarm user permit, unless the permit is
reissued in accordance with this subdivision. When the
Public Safety Director determines that such a false
police or fire alarm has occurred at an address, the
Public Safety Director shall notify the alarm user of
that determination. The alarm user's permit will be
revoked unless, within ten working days of the date of
the notice, the alarm user submits the required permit
fee to the Finance Director or establishes to the
satisfaction of the Public Safety Director that the
alarm activation was not a "false alarm" within the
meaning of this section.'
Sec. 3. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1155.11 is
amended to read:
1155.11. Permits Nontransferrable; Duration. Aii

not transferable from one person to another or from one
location to another.
Sec. 4 The Plymouth City ;Code, Subsection 1155.15,
Subdivision 1 is amended to read:
1155.1.5. Permit Fees. Subdivision 1. Asinnal Permit
Fee. The eantxa+ feefee for an alarm user's perm t shall

for each alarm .user's permit that is re slued during

Sec. 5. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1010.01; Subdi-
vision 8 is amended to read.

Sec. 6. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication -in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
