HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1989-36CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 89-36 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE 80-9 ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1980, AS AMENDED, AND KNOWN AS THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATIVE TO ALLOWABLE USES TO PROVIDE FOR ESSENTIAL USE AND PUBLIC AGENCY USES IN THE I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 8, Subdivision D, 1 is hereby amended to read as follows: a. Any manufacturing, production, processing, cleaning, storage, servicing, repair or testing of materials, goods or products that is wholly contained within a building and which meets and maintains all environmental standards established by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. c. Essential services. Section 2. Amend Section 8, Subdivision D, 2 by adding the following: i. Essential service buildings Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council this 20th day of November, 1989.
