HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1989-33CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 89- $3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE 80-9 ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1980, AS AMENDED, AND KNOWN AS THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATIVE TO MINIMUM PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR FREE-STANDING BANKS AND SIMILAR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS OF A RETAIL -SERVICE CHARACTER. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended as follows: 1. Section 10, Subdivision B, Item k of Table 2, is hereby amended by the deletion of the following: k) Free-standing retail and 10.0 1,000 sq. ft. floor area service establishments -and banks whieh are not in shoppiltg ,enters 2. Section 10, Subdivision B, Table 2 is hereby amended by the addition of the following: Banks and similar financial6_0 1,000 sq. ft. floor area institutions - excluding unrelated office space, drive in facilities, and other uses governed by this section. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of November , 1989.
