The City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby ordains:
SECTION 1.
That the existing street name of County Road 9, from Revere Lane on the east to where the
road ends near French Regional Park on the west, per "Segment A" of Exhibit A is hereby
changed and renamed in accordance with the following tabulation which shall be part of
this section:

SECTION 2
That the existing street name of County Road 9, from the junction near Polaris Lane on
the east to the present termination at State Highway 55 on the west, per "Segment B" of
Exhibit A, is hereby changed and renamed in accordance with the following tabulation
which shall be part of this section:

SECTION 3
That the existing street name of County Road 9, from the junction near Polaris Lane on
the east to the present termination at Vicksburg Lane on the west, per "Segment C" of
Exhibit A, is hereby changed and renamed in accordance with the following tabulation
which shall be part of this section:

County Road 9 Rockford Road
SECTION 4
That the existing street name of County Road 9, from State Highway 169 on the east to the
junction near Polaris Lane on the west, per "Segment D" of Exhibit A, is hereby changed
and renamed in accordance with the following tabulation which shall be part of this
section:
Existing Street Name New Street Name
County Road 9 Rockford Road
This ordinance including attached Exhibit A shall become effective on January 1. 1990
after its passage and publication.
