ORDINANCE NO. 89- 16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF THE ORDINANCE 80-9, ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1980,
AS AMENDED, AND KNOWN AS THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATIVE TO MINIMUM
LOT AREA AND WIDTH REQUIREMENTS IN THE FRO (FUTURE RESTRICTED DEVELOPMENT)
DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 7, Subdivision D, "schedule of lot areas, depths,
widths, coverage, setbacks, and heights regulations in residence districts",
items 1 (a. and d.) and 4 (a. and d.) are hereby amended to read as follows:
FRO
1. Minimum Lot Area per Unit in Square Feet,
or per Acre
a. Dwellings, one family 5 20 Ac.
d. Other Uses 5 20 Ac.
4. Minimum Lot Width in Feet
a. Dwellings, one family
d. Other uses

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
