AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY AND
AMENDING SECTION 2010 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 2010.01,
Subdivision 1, clause (e) is amended to read:
(e) Permitting, suffering, or maintaining any fence,
wall, plantings, landscape materials, or any other
item ever -three -feet -4e -height -abeve -the -street
eurb--}eve} within twenty feet of any street
right-of-way corner ee-as-te which interferes with
or obstructs with traffic visibility.
Sec. 2.. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
