AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY, AND ADDING
A NEW SUBSECTION TO SECTION 800 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Section 800 is amended by adding a
new subsection to read:
800.27 Structures in Streets. No person shall place, erect
construct any structure in any street, boulevard or right -of -way in
City if the structure causes or is likely to cause people to use, or p
in, the traveled portion of the roadway. This section does not author
construction of any structure that is otherwise prohibited by law.
Sec. 2. This amendment is effective on the date of its publication in
accordance with Subsection 110.11.
