AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY;
AMENDING SECTION 905.07 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 905.07, Paragraph
(b)(1) is amended to read:
(b) Exceptions: Installation of a fire lane shall not be
required where:
(1) no interior or exterior point within of a
multi -residential structure is more than 150 feet
from a fire hydrant as a fire hose would be laid;
or
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
