AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC WELFARE;
AMENDING SECTION 1015.23 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1015.23, Subdivi-
sion 2 is amended to read:
(a) Conditional Use Permit Fee $90.00 for new home
occupation applications
$120.00 for all other new
applications
$30.00 for all renewals
(b) Preliminary Plat Fee
(c) Final Plat Fee
(d) Rezoning Fee
(Amending District
Boundaries)
(e) zoning Ordinance Amendment
Fee (Amending Ordinance
Text)
(f) Site Plan Review Fee
(g) zoning Variance Fee
(h) Subdivision Variance Fee
(i) Lot Division Fee
(j) Lot Consolidation Fee

Planned Unit Development
Plan Review Fees
$18.00 per acre of land
area to be platted, plus
$10.00 per lot and
outlot
Minimum fee: $250.00

From all other Districts:

In conjunction with site
