AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE;
AMENDING SECTION 715.05 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 715.05 is amended
by adding a new clause to read:
(e) Surface Water Surcharge. A monthly surcharge of
$70 shall be made to every sanitary sewer account
which has been assessed the surcharge in
accordance with Section 715.13.
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
