ORDINANCE NO. 90-45
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1115, LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, OF THE CITY CODE
RELATING TO GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Subsection 1115.07 of the Plymouth City Code is amended as
follows:

Subsection 1115.17 of the Plymouth City Code is amended as
1115.17. Compliance with Other Regulations.
Subdue. Conformanee Nothwithstanding anything to
the contrary contained in this Section, the construction and use of
gasoline service stations shall comply with all provisions of the Zoning
Cede Ordinance Appendix I to this Code, and with applicable policy.

Section 8. Subsection 1115.23 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to
read:
1115.23. Junk and Used Car Operations Prohibited. The gasoline service
station property shall not be used as a place of storage for or
depository of wrecked, abandoned or junked automobiles vehicles or for
the sale or display for sale of used cars vehicles.
