HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1990-44CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. q0-414 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT 34TH AVENUE NORTH (EXTENDED) AND ANNAPOLIS LANE (EXTENDED) AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT AND R-3 (HIGH MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRO (Future Restricted Development) District to I-1 (Planned Industrial) District and R-3 (High Medium Denisty Residential) District with respect to the hereinafter described property: I-1 (Planned Industrial): Lot 1, Block 1, and Lot 2, Block 2, Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition. R-3 (High Medium Density Residential): Lot 1, Block 2, and Outlot A, Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Section 2. GeneralDevelopment Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development of said tracts only in accordance with the Plan approved for the File No. 90063. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon filing the Final Plat with Hennepin County and upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council this 17th day of December, 1990.
