ORDINANCE NO. 90- L
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 2005 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
RELATING TO MISDOMEANORS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 2005.01 is
amended by the addition of Subdivision 4 as follows:
Subd 4 Noise Between 10 p.m. and 7 a m No person shall,
between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.: 1) Collect refuse,
rubbish, or waste materials; 2) Test or run engines or power
equipment: 3) Conduct construction or demolition activities;
Unreasonably disturb the peace, quiet, or repose of persons
residing in any residential area unless the same be
necessary as determined by the City Manager for the
preservation of health, life safety, or property.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective upon passage and
public action in accordance with Plymouth City Cod/e� 110.11.
