ORDINANCE NO. 90-'&
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO HEALTH AND WELFARE AND ADDING A NEW
SUBSECTION TO PLYMOUTH CITY CODE SECTION 600.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Section 600 is amended
by adding a new subsection to read:
contractor. Building pprmitees or their contractors snail
vrovide an enclosure or container of sufficient size at each
order to prevent littering of the construction site or
adjacent areas
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon
publication in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Subsection
110.11. -
