HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1990-25ORDINANCE NO. 90- Z5' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 500.05 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE; RELATING TO PROCEDURES FOR SUBDIVIDING AND PLATTING LAND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Subsection 500.05, Subdivision 1 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: Subdivision 1. Application. Any person desiring to subdivide land lying within the City sha}} must file the following with the City Clerk: (a) Three copies of a topographical map of the area to be included in the proposed plat or subdivision, and proposed street profiles of all streets in the area to be subdivided; (b) Four copies of the proposed plat; (c) The fees set forth in Chapter X-; (d) A current abstract of title, registered proper abstract, or title insurance policy for t property to be included in the 2roj2osed plat. abstract of title or registered property abstra must include appropriate searches for judgment tax liens, and bankruptcies. Subsection 500.05, subdivision 2 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: Subd. 2. Plats; Review.
