AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 710 RELATING TO GENERAL REQUIREMENTS SUBDIVISION
2 OF 6MCAR 4.8040 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM
STANDARDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 710.07 Subdivision 2 of the Plymouth City Code is
amended to read:
Subd. 2. Minnesota Rules Chapter 7080 ` °"'a r,�rt 4.8040. Minnesota
Rules Chapter 7080, 6MEAR4.8040 Individual Sewage Treatment System
Standards, is adopted by reference and is as much a part of this Code as
if fully set forth herein.
Section 2. Subsection 710.13 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to
read:
710.13. Temporary Sewage Disposal Systems. Subdivision 1. Purpose and
Application; Exceptions. This Subsection is intended to grant relief to
property owners in those areas of the City where contracts have been
awarded for the installation of a municipal sanitary sewer system but
where installation of such a system has not been completed. In such
areas, the construction of temporary sewerage disposal systems may be
permitted in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Rules Chapter
7080.0210 Subpart 6.E. this S. bseetion.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance is effective on its date of
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of August, 1990.
