AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND
WELFARE, AMENDING SECTION 1215.01 OF THE PLYMOUTH
CITY CODE AND AUTHORIZING STATE LOTTERY TICKETS
TO BE SOLD ON LICENSED PREMISES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1215.01, is
amended to read:
1215.01. Gambling Prohibited. Gambling and gambling
devices are not permitted on -a- licensed premises.
State lottery tickets may be purchased and sold within
licensed premises as authorized by the director of the
state lottery pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
349A.
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
