ORDINANCE NO. 90-06
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND AMENDING SUBSECTION 600.21 OF THE PLYMOUTH
CITY CODE RELATING TO REFUSE HAULERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code Subsection 600.21 is amended to read:
600.21 Yard Waste: Duties of Licensed Garbage Collectors. Each licensed garbage

yard waste to a compost site approved by the City Manager or his authorized
representative and shall keep an accurate accounting of such yard waste. -144-t-h4-m-

shall submit a written report to the City Manager or his authorized
representative, detailing the amount of such yard waste that has been collected

Section 2. This ordinance is effective on the date of its publication in
accordance with Subsection 101.11 of the Plymouth City Code.
