AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE 80-9 ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1980, AS
AMENDED, AND KNOWN AS THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATIVE TO SIDE YARD
PROVISIONS OF THE R-2 ZONING DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 7, Subdivision D, Paragraph 8, is hereby amended as
follows:
R-2
8. Minimum Side Yard in Feet
e. Detached accessory uses -z9 10
f. Attached accessory uses z6 10
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
