AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 200.01 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE PERTAINING TO COUNCIL
MEETING TIMES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Section 200.01, Subdivision 1, is amended to read:
200.01. Meetings of the Council/ - Subdivision 1. Regular Meetings. Regular
meetings of the Council shall be held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month at
�r34y�.m� 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. If any such Monday is a legal
holiday, the regular meeting scheduled for that day shall be held on such other
day as the Council may determine, provided that the meeting shall be held at the
time and place aforesaid. The Council may cancel any regular meeting. At least
one regular meeting shall be held in each calendar month.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon compliance with Section
110.11 of this code.
