AMENDING PLYMOUTH CITY CODE SECTION 1010
RELATING TO LICENSE FEES
THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code Subsection 1105.05
Subdivision 3 is amended to read:
Subd. 3 Fee. The annual license fee, investigation
fee and the fee for each bingo occasion is fixed by
Chapter X.
Section 2. The Plymouth City Code Subsection 1010.01
Subdivision 2 is amended as follows:
Subd. 2 Amusements and Entertainments

Subdivision 9 is amended to read:
Subd. 9 Pawnbroker and Secondhand Goods Dealer
(a) Pawnbroker -ABB- $12,000
Investigation Fee $1,500
(b) Secondhand Goods Dealer -$599 $12,000
Investigation Fee $1,500
Section 4. The Plymouth City Code Subsection 1160.05
Subdivision 3 is amended to read:
Subd. 3 Separate Licenses Required. A pawnbroker may
not conduct, operate or engage in the business of a
secondhand goods dealer without having obtained a
secondhand goods dealer license in addition to a
Ord. No. 91- `L'2.

conduct, operate or engage in the business of pawnbroker
without having obtained a pawnbroker license in addition
