AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUSINESS AND TRADE
REGULATIONS, AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE SECTION 1140
PERTAINING TO TRANSIENT MERCHANTS AND AMENDING SECTION 1010
PERTAINING TO LICENSE FEES FOR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1140.05
clause (g) is repealed.
Section 2. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1140.07
clause (c) is amended to read:
(c) selling products of the farm or garden on the property
on which the products are grown and cultivated. A person
claiming this exemption must submit a written affidavit
indicating that the products to be sold were grown on
property where the sales are occurring
Section 3. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1140.21 is
amended to read:
Compliance with Zoning. Transient merchants and transient
produce merchants shall comply with provisions of the
Plymouth Zoning Code; Comnliance with the Zoning Ordinance
verified in writing by the Director of Community
Development.
Section 4. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1010.01,
Subd. 7 is amended to add the following:
Transient Merchant 1140 $33 per event
Section 5. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
publication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
