AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH
AND WELFARE, REPEALING SECTION 1125 OF THE PLYMOUTH
CITY CODE PERTAINING TO MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION 1206.19 SUBDIVISION 2 PERTAINING
TO BONDS FOR INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES AND AMENDING
CHAPTERS 11 AND 12 OF THE PLYMOU'T'H CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Section 1125 and
Subsection 1206.19, Subdivision 2 are repealed.
Sec. 2. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1115.03,
Subdivision 3 is amended to read:
Subd. 3. License Fees. The annual license fee for each

Sec. 3. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1206.27 is amended
to read:

Sec. 4. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1211.09 is
amended to read:
1211.09 Liquor Consumption and Di9$Play, No person shall
consume or isp ay any in oxica ing iquor on the premises
of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxicating
liquors or who does not hold a consumption and display
permit under Subsection + OST33 1206.33 of this Chapter.
sec. 5. This ordinance is effective on the date of its
ptW ication in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
