ORDINANCE NO. 91- 9
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE 80-9 ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1980, AS
AMENDED, AND KNOWN AS THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATIVE TO SECTION 9,
SUBDIVISION B, PARAGRAPH 1C.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9, Subdivision B, Paragraph Ic is hereby amended as
follows:
(3-2j Demonstration of more efficient and effective use of streets, utilities
and public facilities to yield high quality development. at sser

(4) Where proposed, recreation facilities
and other public and common facilities shall be more usable and
suitably located than would otherwise be provided under conventional
land development procedures.
(5) Demonstration of affirmative design efforts toward the preservation
and enhancement of desirable natural site characteristics as defined
by the Plymouth "Physical Constraints Analysis".
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 4th day of March 1991.
