AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MUNICIPAL CEMETERY PRICES
FOR SALE OF LOTS:
AMENDING PLYMOUTH CITY CODE,
SUBSECTION 1400.03
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1400.03, is amended to read
as follows:
1400.03. Sale of Lots. The prices of cemetery lots and other services is
hereby fixed at $325.89 $185.00 per lot plus $35.80 $115.00 for perpetual
care. Any person paying the price thus fixed for any lot shall be entitled to
a deed conveying the same executed by the City Manager and Clerk. The
purchaser shall expressly agree in the deed that his rights are subject to
such reasonable rules and regulations as the council may adopt relative to the
use of the cemetery.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective February 6, 1991 and upon
compliance with Plymouth City Code Subsection 110.11.
Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of January, 1991.
