AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH
AND SAFETY PERTAINING TO PLUMBING PERMIT FEES, AND
AMENDING SECTION 1015.13 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1015.13(a)
is amended to read:
(a) Base Minimum Permit Fee
(In addition to other
fees set forth in (b)

Section 2. This ordinance is effective on the date of its publication in
accordance with Subsection 110.11.
