AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO FEES FOR FALSE ALARMS AND AMENDING
SECTION 810 and 1155 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. The Plymouth City Code, Section 810.01 is amended to
read:
810.01. Definition. The term "current service" as used in this
ordinance, means one or more of the following: snow, ice, or
rubbish removal from sidewalks; weed elimination from street
grass plots adjacent to sidewalks or from private property;
elimination of sight obstructions within rights-of-way; removal
or eliminmation of public health or safety hazards from private
property, excluding any hazardous building included in Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 463.15 to 463.26; installation or repair of
water service lines; street sprinkling, street flushing, light
street oiling, or other dust treatment of streets; repair of
sidewalks and alleys; the operation of a street lighting system;
and unpaid alarm system permit fees under Section 1155.
Sec. 2. The Plymouth City Code, Section 1155 is amended to
include the following new Subsection 1155.25 to read:
1155.25. Unpaid Permit Fees Any permit fee required under
this Section which is not paid within the time required herein

Section 810.
Sec. 3. This ordinance is effective upon its passage and
publication in accordance with Section 110.11.
