ORDINANCE NO. 92-17
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE 80-9 ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1980, AS AMENDED,
AND KNOWN AS THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATIVE TO ADULT CORRECTION FACILITIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 7, Subdivision C, 18. is hereby amended as follows:
SUBDIVISION C - ALLOWABLE USES
Within the Residence Districts, no building or land shall be used except for one or more of
the following uses. Letter designations shall be interpreted as meaning:
P - Permitted Uses
C - Uses by Conditional Use Permit
A - Accessory Uses

Section 2. Section 7, Subdivision D, is hereby amended as follows:
SUBDIVISION D - SCHEDULE OF LOT AREAS, DEPTH, WIDTH, COVERAGE, SETBACKS,
AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS IN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS.
NOTE:
Lots in the Flood Plain or Shoreland Management Overlay Districts are subject to the
Special Protection District requirements as set forth in Section 5 of this Ordinance.
