AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO WATER CHARGES
AND AMENDING SECTION 720.17(a) OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
Section 1. Subsection 720.17(a) of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
(a) Account Charge. A charge of $1.56 $1.94 per month shall be made to
every water account. This charge consists of $1.50 per month to
costs
for the State water connection surcharge.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective for bills rendered for water service
commencing July 1, 1992 and upon compliance with Subsection 110.11 of the
Plymouth City Code.
