ORDINANCE NO. 92-4
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO DATE REQUIRED FOR AN ADDITIONAL
BOTTLE CLUB PERMIT FEE AMENDING SUBSECTION 1206.33 OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1206.33 is amended
to read:
1206.33. Additional Bottle Club Permit Fee. There is imposed
upon the holder of a bottle club permit issued pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A.414, including religious and
non-profit organizations, the additional fee set by Chapter X.
The fee shall be paid to the City Clerk on or before Tvuly ist
April 1st of each year and a receipt given therefor. There
shall be no pro rata adjustment of the fee for a portion of a
year. The written receipt for the bottle club permit fee shall
be posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises together with
the permit issued by the Commissioner.
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective upon its passage and
publication in accordance with Section 110.11.
