ORDINANCE 92-01
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUILDING, HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS; AMENDING
SECTION 400.01, SUBDIVISION 2a.(a)(7); and SECTION 410.01 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS=
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Section 400.01, Subdivision 2a.(a)(7) is amended to
read as follows:
(7) }9B3 1989 Model Energy Code identified in the Minnesota State Building Code as
Chapter 1370.
Section 2. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 410.01 is amended to read as follows:
410.01 Housing Code Adopted The Uniform Bu -j 'ng
Cede, "r
editien (the —*3 '===`a=:a--Reusing Bed} 1988 Edition of the Uniform Housin_q Code
published by the International Conference of Building Officials is adopted by
reference and is made a part of this code as fully set forth herein.
Section 3. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Subsection 110.11.
Adopted by the City Council this 6th_day of January, 1992.
