AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE.
THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1.
The
Plymouth City Code is amended by adopting the
following
changes:
(a)
Changes necessary to conform the City Code to the
City Charter;
(b)
Correction of any incorrect Statutory or internal
Code citations;
(c)
Correction of any incorrect department or
personnel titles;
(d)
Correction of any typographical or grammatical
mistakes;
(e)
Simplify, where possible, organizational
structure;
(f)
Move, where possible, definitions of terms to
centralized location;
(g)
Remove gender -specific language and replace with
inclusive language;
(h)
Delete alphabetical topic index;
(i)
Amend index;
(j)
Create a disposition table showing all changes.
Sec. 2.
This
ordinance is effective upon its passage in
accordance with
Section 110.11.
