ORDINANCE NO. 93-22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1010.01 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
RELATING TO LICENSE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 1010.01 Subdivision 10 of the Plymouth City Code is added to read:
Subd. 10. Rental Dwellines.
a. One Family Dwelling $104.00
b. Two Family Dwelling $100.00 plus $4.00 per Rental Unit
C. Three or Four Family Dwelling $125.00 12er Complex plus $4.00 per Rental Unit
d. Five or More Family Dwelling $125.00 per Complex plus $4.00 per Rental Unit
e. Reinspection Fee $ 30.00 per Inspection
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance is effective upon approval by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council this 20th day of December. 1993.
