AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO HARASSMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 2000.07 (e) is
amended and a new subdivision (f) is added as
follows:
(e) Enters the dwelling of another without consent
of one who has the claim or right to give
consent for the above purposes or
(f) After being notified not to do so by the
intended target of harassment, or by the City's
law enforcement agency, engages in a willful
repeated course of conduct consisting of acts,
words or gestures.
Sec. 2 This ordinance is effective upon passage.
