ORDINANCE NO. 94- 14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT 4005 COUNTY ROAD 101 (94050)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development) to R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence District) with respect
to the hereinafter described property:
That part of the north half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
lying south of the north 193 feet thereof and; that part of the south 160 feet of
the north 193 feet of the north half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter lying west of the east 751.41 feet thereof, all in Section 18, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tracts only in accordance with the Plan approved for the File No.
94050.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 1st day of August, 1994.
