ORDINANCE NO. 94-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND EAST OF
FERNBROOK LANE (94049)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development) to R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence District) with respect
to the hereinafter described property:
That part of the south 263.00 feet of the west half of the southwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota lying east of the west 231.00 feet thereof; together with that
part of 41 st Avenue North and Dallas Lane North as dedicated on the plat of
Plymouth Oaks, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies southerly and
southeasterly of a line which is parallel with and 50.00 feet southeasterly of the
southeasterly line of Lot 9, Block 5, said Plymouth Oaks. The southeasterly
line of said Lot 9 is intended to mean the entire boundary of Lot 9 which abuts
said 41st Avenue North and Dallas Lane North.
Together with Lot 1, Block 4, Plymouth Oaks, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tracts only in accordance with the Plan approved for the File No.
94049.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 1st day of August, 1994.
