February 21, 1996, beginning at 6:15 p.m in the Medicine Lake Room, 3400 Plymouth
Blvd.
The purpose of the meeting is to review the preliminary architectural plans for the ice
arena and Life Time Fitness complex. The meeting is open to the public.
