ORDINANCE NO. 95-53
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER IH OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 305.07 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 462.354,as ed a Board of Adjustments and Appeals is
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
