AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. The Plymouth City Code Section 1010.01, Subd. 7 is amended to read as
follows:
Tobacco and Related Products 1 150 $ 39 150
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective upon its passage in accordance with Section
110.11.
Adopted by the City Council on December S, 1995.
