ORDINANCE NO. 95- 5o
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING SIDEWALKS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 820.03(C) of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
(c) This section shall not apply to sidewalks listed on the City's
Sidewalk/Traif ten r c SyAemff for maintenance by the City.
SECTION 2. Section 820 and its subsections is suspended through May 1, 1996,
after which time it shall be in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
