ORDINANCE NO. 95- 49
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER IX, SECTION 930.11
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING
CIVIL/CRIMINAL LIABILITY
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 930.11 of the Plymouth City Code is amended as follows
to correct a cross reference:
Civil/Criminal Liability. Nothing in this Section shall authorize the use of any
firearms, air rifle, pellet gun, crossbow, bow, or other weapon in a manner which
will endanger any human being or property, and no license or permit granted
hereunder shall in any way relieve the person acting thereunder from civil liability
for any damage resulting from such use. Violation of Subsection 930.01 shall be
a misdemeanor and is punishable in accordance with Sectiones -5,2— of this
City Code.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
