AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1335.07 OF
THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING
SURFACE WATER USAGE ON PIKE LAKE
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1335.07 of the Plymouth City Code is repealed:
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon the approval of the
Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources as required by law.
