ORDINANCE NO. 95- 44
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER III OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING THE
PLYMOUTH HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 305.11 of the Plymouth City Code is amended by adding
Subdivision 5 to read:
Subdivision. 5. Annual Review of the Plymouth Human Rights Commission. The
City Council shall annually review the performance of the Plymouth Human Rights
Commission. The Commission must demonstrate that its activities and accomplishments
fulfill the duties set out for the Commission in the City Code. The City Council may
dissolve the Plymouth Human Rights Commission if the Commission has not met the
duties set forth in the City Code.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of September ,
1995.
