AND XII OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING LICENSE FEES THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1005.05 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: 1005.05. gayer e€ee ui e ; The fees required for a license shall be paid at the office of the City Clerk before the granting of the license. �T�ense SECTION 2. The license fee for an amusement center license is set by Chapter X ....d may be r u' I ' u ru\u... . The lieense tees are in lieu of 11 other- fees fef amusement deviees of Amusement Maebines under- this God . SECTION 6. Section 1100.07, Subd. 2 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: Subd. 2. License: Application Fees. Application for an Amusement license must be made in writing to the City Clerk on forms provided by the City. The license, if granted, is valid only for the specific Amusement days, dates, and times as identified in the application. Amusement schedule revisions require subsequent City Council approval. The license fee is fixed by Chapter X and is payable in advance. The Getm may at its diseretion prorate the initial lieense fee on a monthly basis. 26495 07/11/95 2 SECTION 7. Section 1120.03 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: 1120.03. License Period: License Fee. Each Motor Bicycle License shall be issued for one calendar year from January 1st to December 31st, and the fee therefor is fixed by Chapter X. No Reense shaR be issued for the faetional part of atty year. SECTION 8. Section 1130.07 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: 1130.07. Fees. Motor vehicle junk yard license fees are set by Chapter X-and-ffmy be prorated for a period of less than one ye . SECTION 9. Section 615.05 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: 615.05. License Fees and License Year. The initial application and license fee is fixed by Chapter X. The application, investigation, and license fees shall be paid when the application is filed. In the event that the application is denied or in the event that the license once issued is revoked, cancelled, suspended, or surrendered, no part of the annual fee shall be returned to the applicant unless by Council action. A separate license shall be obtained for each place business. The licensee shall display the license in a prominent place in the licensed business at all times.
